Currently there are no charges for opening Zindigi Ultra Account.
To upgrade to Zindigi Ultra you will need to:
  • Download and log in the Zindigi App
  • Select Open Zindigi Ultra Account in hamburger menu (Settings)
  • Fill the required details and provide necessary documents
  • Submit your application
It will take up to 2 business days for your Zindigi Ultra account application to be processed.
Yes, you need to complete your biometric verification process within 60 days to maintain your Zindigi Ultra account. In case, biometric verification is not completed within 60 days, your Zindigi account will be automatically suspended on 61st day. You will only be able to receive money but will not be able to use the account for transactions until biometric verification is performed.
  • You may visit your nearest JS bank branch after receiving an email intimation.
  • You can also download the JS Zindigi BVS app through the Play Store/App Store and perform biometric verification.
No, as per PTA regulation it is mandatory for your mobile number to be registered on your CNIC/SNIC. In case it is not, you may contact your telecom provider for transferring the mobile number to your CNIC.
