What is Regular market? Image 1

Regular market is also called Cash Market, wherein the Standard lot sizes of shares are traded and settled (100% of required payment is paid and delivery of shares is taken). Standard lot sizes could be different for each stock i.e., 500, 100, 50, 20, and 1.

What is odd lot market? Image 1

An odd lot is an order amount for a security that is less than the standard lot size.

What is trade balance? Image 1

Trade balance is the wallet balance of the account through which user can purchase stocks.

What is limit price? Image 1

A limit order is an order to buy or sell a stock with a restriction on the maximum price to be paid or the minimum price to be received.

How do I buy and sell stocks? Image 1

You can place your buy and sell orders when PSX is open for trading, by following these steps:
  • Log into your Zindigi Account
  • Go to stocks option
  • Search for the company symbol
  • Click on “Add to Frequent”
  • Select the company icon
  • Scroll down and select BUY or SELL buttons
  • Select relevant market (Regular / Odd Lot)
  • Select relevant order type (Limit / Market)
  • Enter volume (required quantity)
  • Enter price (desirable price)
  • Click on BUY / SELL
  • Enter you 4 digit PIN
  • Click on “Next”
  • Your request will be processed and an order receipt will be generated

Is commission charged on stocks purchase or sell? Image 1

Yes commission is charged on following parameters.
  • Commission is charged @ PKR 0.05/share for shares having market price upto PKR 25 OR 0.20% of the traded value for shares having market price of more than PKR 25. In case of buy and sell transactions in a similar security/share on a day, the commission is charged on one transaction only having higher value. Please see your order history after settlement.

No, NICOP holder cannot open account with Zindigi stock trading account

Is the zakat deducted from the dividend? Image 1

Yes, zakat is deducted from the dividend. Zakat exemption affidavit can be submitted to receive exemption from zakat deduction. Non-Muslims have to submit a separate affidavit.

When can I start trading in Zindigi Stocks? Image 1

  • Once you open the stocks option, you can apply for trading. It can take 24-48 working hours to activate your account with NCCPL and CDC
  • You will receive a notification from JS Global and your account will be active for trading.

How long does it take to cash out my trade balance? Image 1

It takes upto 2 business days to settle a Ready market transaction. Any idle cash available in your trading account can be transferred to your respective Zindigi Account on real time basis.

What is the procedure to cash out the trade balance? Image 1

You can perform the cash out option from your account at any time. You have the option to Cashout the complete amount, or any amount based on your requirements by following the guide
  • Log into your Zindigi Account
  • Go to stocks option
  • Go to Cashout option and the enter the amount you want to Cashout
  • Upon clicking the next button, confirm the transaction details
  • Enter your 4-digit authentication pin and receive your transaction receipt

What will be the procedure to transfer money from Zindigi wallet to stocks trade balance? Image 1

You can transfer form Zindigi wallet to stock any time by following the guide given below.
  • Log into your Zindigi wallet
  • Go to stocks option
  • Select cash in option and enter the amount
Upon clicking the next button, confirm the transaction details
Enter your 4-digit authentication pin and receive your transaction receipt
