How It Works?


  • Open your Home screen on the Zindigi App.
  • Go to the Hamberger menu (On top left corner of the screen).
  • Select “Invite & Earn” and Tap on “Invite Now” under “Refer Debit Card” option
  • Select Contacts that you want to refer MasterCard Debit Card and Tap “Invite a Friend”.
  • You can check whom you have invited via invite details Tab.
  • Please note that existing Debit Card holders shall not receive the invite
  • You shall get a reward of Rs. 200 as soon as your friend activates their Debit Card.
  • Reward shall be posted only if your friend orders & activates MasterCard Debit Card.
  • PayPak cards are not eligible for the reward.

All existing customers with active accounts are eligible to participate in the Debit Card Referral Program.

How does the referral process work? Image 1

When an eligible customer (Referrer) refers a friend or family member (Referee) through a unique link, and the Referee successfully activates their Debit Card within 30 days, the Referrer receives a reward of Rs.200.

Can the Referee receive a reward for activating their Debit Card? Image 1

No, the Referee who has ordered the Debit Card will not receive any reward through this campaign.

How long is the unique referral link valid? Image 1

  • The unique referral link sent to the Referee will be valid for 48 hours. If the Referee doesn't click on the link within this time, it will expire and no reward shall be posted to the referrer.

What happens after the 48-hour binding period between the Referrer and Referee? Image 1

  • After the 48-hour binding period, the Referee becomes unbound from the Referrer. Anyone can then invite the Referee to participate in the campaign.

Is there a time limit for the Referee to activate the Debit Card? Image 1

Yes, the Referee has up to 720 hours (30 days) from the time they click on the referral link to activate their Debit Card for the Referrer to be eligible for the reward.

When does the Referrer receive their reward? Image 1

The Referrer will receive their reward as soon as the Referee successfully activates their Debit Card within the 30-day window.

Which types of Debit Cards are eligible for this campaign? Image 1

Only MasterCard Debit Cards are eligible for the reward. PayPak cards are not eligible.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals a customer can make? Image 1

Customers can refer up to 20 existing Zindigi friends and family members in a day.

What should I do if I have referred someone, but my reward hasn't been credited? Image 1

If you have referred someone and your reward hasn't been credited after the Referee has successfully activated their Debit Card within the specified time frame, you should reach out to Zindigi Helpline, Social media customer support or In-App chat for assistance.
